Birthday Parties

Vivian Miller would like to help make your birthday a special Arts Center treat.

She will be “The Birthday Tea Lady” at the Arts Center, creating a fun tea party incorporating drawing room activities and face painting.

The children are asked to “dress up” for the day in either good or play dress clothes, family choice. The family will provide the food, but the Arts Center will provide the ambience.

Parties must consist of 6 to12 children at a cost of $10 per child. The parties must also be scheduled on a weekend.

Boys, you will not be left out as Vivian can theme your drawing room party around safari animals.

The Le Mars Arts Council is grateful to the City of Le Mars, the Community Foundations of Greater Plymouth County, the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Le Marts, IA and the United Way of Le Mars for providing funds for our operational budget, special equipment and teachers. Our programs are brought to you only because of this help.

TEACHERS NEEDED FOR PROGRAMMING

The teaching staff at the Arts Center consists of very skilled individuals, ready to share talent to engage the mind and inspire the spirit.

We always have openings for new classes—and ALWAYS need teachers to step forward to teach these classes. Teachers DO get paid. The Le Mars Arts Council considers teachers to be artists, and from class registrations, we return 70% to the teacher. If we are working with grant money, things get even better.

We are recruiting. Would you like to teach?
